Synapse Sliver is a five-mana blue Sliver from Legions that gives all Slivers the ability to draw a card whenever they deal combat damage to an opponent. In Sliver tribal Commander decks, this effect is game-defining: a board of Slivers swinging into an open opponent draws multiple cards, creating the card advantage that pushes tribal aggro into competitive territory. Legions is a set devoted entirely to creature cards, and Synapse Sliver has never been reprinted in a widely distributed product, making supply from the original 2003 printing the only meaningful source. Over the trailing thirty days, price has declined modestly, consistent with normal market friction rather than a directional trend. The Sliver tribe has a devoted Commander following, and chase Rares from Legions maintain floor demand even in soft periods. Watch for any Sliver reprints in supplemental products as a risk factor going forward.
