Buried Alive Price

Buried Alive from Odyssey is a Commander staple and a graveyard enabler with over two decades of continued play across casual and competitive formats. The card searches the library for up to three creature cards and puts them directly into the graveyard, making it a linchpin for any Commander deck built around graveyard recursion, reanimator strategies, or toolbox creature packages. Odyssey is a set defined by graveyard mechanics, and its original printings carry a vintage framing premium for players who prefer the original art. Multiple reprints have expanded supply without eliminating demand for the Odyssey printing among collectors. Commander demand for this effect is effectively bottomless as the format grows and new graveyard-based strategies enter the metagame: every new deck built around creatures in the graveyard represents potential demand. Track Commander deck census data and graveyard archetype popularity as the most reliable demand proxies for this card.
