Voice of Victory Price

Voice of Victory from Promo Pack: Tarkir: Dragonstorm is a white Rare printed in limited promotional distribution tied to the Tarkir: Dragonstorm release window. Promo Pack cards are distributed to retailers in small quantities and are not available in standard booster packs, which naturally constrains supply from the outset. The 30-day and 90-day windows both show measured positive movement, consistent with a promo rare that is finding its Commander audience gradually rather than spiking on launch. Voice of Victory's ability set fits white token and anthem strategies, a consistently popular Commander archetype. As the Tarkir: Dragonstorm format matures and Commander players settle into their preferred builds, promo Rares that slot into popular strategies tend to accumulate steady demand. The supply constraint from the promo distribution model supports the gentle upward trend observed. No reprint in identical frame is expected in the near term.
