Myrel, Shield of Argive Price

Updated 2026-09-25

Myrel, Shield of Argive from the Secret Lair Countdown Kit has been drifting lower over the past month against a consistent longer-term trend, which suggests the price is still finding its floor after the initial Secret Lair premium fades. Myrel is a Soldiers tribal Commander with meaningful synergy in token-generating white strategies: she creates token copies of herself whenever soldiers enter under your control and has a combat ability that can go wide quickly. The card has genuine Commander demand independent of the Secret Lair premium, which limits the downside. However, the Countdown Kit version competes with standard printings that have entered circulation, applying ongoing price pressure. Buyers patient enough to wait for the full repricing cycle to complete may find better entry in a few more months once the supply and demand find equilibrium.
