Humility from Tempest is one of the most disruptive white enchantments in Magic history, removing all abilities and setting all creatures to 1/1, an effect that creates complex board states and has been used to lock down creature-based strategies in Legacy and old-school play. The rules complexity alone gives it ongoing discussion value in the Magic community, and Tempest was a significant expansion from the mid-1990s that collectors treat as a meaningful set.
