Time Walk in Unlimited Edition is the most cost-efficient turn-generation effect ever printed in Magic, allowing a player to take an extra turn for two mana. It is restricted to one copy in Vintage and banned in Legacy, which is the practical ceiling of competitive restrictions for a card that is otherwise legal. Unlimited is the white-bordered print run and the most available version of Time Walk outside of Alpha and Beta, making it the functional entry point for players and collectors who want a tournament-legal copy. The Reserved List guarantees no future printing in a legal frame. Supply contracts as copies enter grading programs or are damaged through play. The card has a demand floor that purely collectible cards cannot match: Vintage players actually need it in their decks, and the format caps it at one copy, meaning an active Vintage field consumes supply on a continuing basis.
