Intuition from the Judge Promo series is an instant that searches for three cards and lets the opponent choose one for the hand while putting the others in the graveyard. In Legacy Reanimator and various combo builds, the opponent's choice becomes largely irrelevant because all three targets are functional win conditions. It is banned in Legacy for exactly that reason, and restricted in Vintage. The Judge Promo foil treatment in the distinctive promo frame makes this one of the more visually appealing copies of the card available. Judge Promos are issued to certified tournament judges through a program that has seen interruptions, and this printing has not been redistributed in sufficient volume to materially alter supply. The collector base spans Legacy players who ran the card before its banning, Vintage players active in the format, and Judge Promo set completionists. Copies come to market when judges retire or liquidate, which keeps supply infrequent. Realized comps from reputable auction platforms are the reliable reference for current value.
