Land Grant from Mercadian Masques is a free spell with a narrow application: it tutors a Forest directly into hand at zero mana cost when you have no Forests in hand. Free spells in older formats carry intrinsic speculative interest because the condition for casting them costs nothing once met, making them candidates for broken interactions that have not yet been discovered or banned. Despite that ceiling, the 7-day and 30-day data show no movement in either direction. The card occupies a stable tier of the Legacy playable spectrum without seeing breakout play, and the Masques-block print run was large enough to limit supply pressure. Short-term price is effectively anchored, with the most likely catalyst being a new combo discovery in Legacy or Vintage that pushes up demand for free green spells. Absent that, the price is expected to remain unchanged.
