Heliod, Sun-Crowned Price

Heliod, Sun-Crowned in Promo Pack: Theros Beyond Death carries the allure of an alternate-art treatment on one of Pioneer's most consequential combo enablers. The Heliod and Walking Ballista pairing anchored the format for multiple seasons, and the promo printing introduces scarcity that the standard set version does not carry. Promo packs distribute through local game stores at a tighter clip than wide-print releases, so the ceiling on supply is genuinely limited. The card has given back modest ground over the past month, while the three-month view is roughly flat, signaling consolidation more than a directional break. A return of Pioneer lifegain builds or an uptick in tournament attendance would stress the thin promo float quickly. Treatment collectors and Pioneer players both represent demand here. This is a format-dependent position: hold conviction scales directly with Heliod's competitive relevance.
