Elves of Deep Shadow in the Rainbow Foil treatment from the Secret Lair Drop Series is the highest-prestige cosmetic printing of a black-mana accelerant with consistent demand across competitive formats and Commander. The Rainbow Foil finish is one of the most visually striking treatments Wizards has applied to any single card, and for a format staple with persistent demand, that aesthetic premium is highly durable. The 7-day and 30-day price figures show positive movement, and the 90-day arc confirms a sustained appreciation trend. Mana accelerants that provide off-color fixing in deep card-pool environments command persistent demand from competitive players, and the Secret Lair Rainbow Foil locks that demand to a fixed supply pool with no reprint path in the same frame. Near-mint copies attract both serious competitive players who run the card and Rainbow Foil collectors who prize the treatment specifically. High-conviction hold.
