Talisman of Creativity (Retro Frame) Price

Updated 2026-09-05

Talisman of Creativity is a two-mana artifact that produces blue or red mana at the cost of one life, and this Secret Lair retro-frame version carries the collector premium associated with limited-run specialty printings. At $35.92 NM, the card occupies the high end of the Talisman cycle's pricing range, reflecting both format demand and Secret Lair scarcity. A 0.64% decline over the past month reverses a 0.76% gain across the 90-day window, leaving price nearly flat across the full tracked period. This oscillation in thin market conditions reflects the difficulty of establishing clear direction for limited-supply collector pieces when functional demand is steady but unspectacular. Izzet Commander builds provide consistent absorption for new copies entering the market. For collectors pursuing the retro-frame aesthetic across the Talisman cycle, the current price represents a fair clearing level with no near-term catalyst visible in the data.
