Tempest-era printings are among the oldest still in active Commander demand, and the pre-modern scarcity of the set keeps supply fixed. Scroll Rack saw a Judge Promo printing and has appeared in From the Vault: Exiled, but neither reprint fully satisfied demand. The card draws Commander players building top-manipulation decks and collectors looking for the original art.
