Scion of Oona Price

Updated 2026-09-21

Scion of Oona from the Modern Masters reprint is a rare Faerie lord from the Lorwyn block, giving the Faerie tribe flash and a power/toughness boost while benefiting from uncounterable protection itself. The Lorwyn Faeries deck is one of the most nostalgic competitive archetypes in Magic history, and Scion of Oona is a key tribal piece for both Legacy and Commander Faerie builds. The 30-day price movement is significantly negative while the 90-day figure is strongly positive, a volatile pattern indicating a correction phase inside a longer appreciating arc. Modern Masters reprints diluted the original Lorwyn printing but did not eliminate demand for Faerie tribal staples. The underlying tribal and nostalgia demand is real; the current 30-day softness may represent a buying opportunity rather than a structural demand problem for patient holders.
