Words of Wilding Price

Updated 2026-10-04

Words of Wilding from Onslaught is a green enchantment that replaces a card draw with putting a 2/2 Bear token into play, turning draw effects into creature production. In Commander formats with mass-draw engines, this effect generates overwhelming token counts at minimal cost. The 90-day appreciation here is substantial and the 30-day window accelerates that climb further, a pattern consistent with a card discovered by a Commander archetype that is seeing rapid price adjustment as demand exceeds available supply. Onslaught Rares in near-mint condition are structurally scarce given the set's age, and this card has limited reprint history. Words of Wilding sits in the category of older rares with powerful but overlooked effects that spike when a specific Commander strategy finds them. If the 30-day momentum reflects genuine format adoption rather than a brief speculative spike, the floor at current levels may hold.
